After an initial virtual orientation, you will be assigned to a branch for hands-on training, learning from experienced mentors. Most of our full-time employees started as graduates in our Management Training Programme, including our current CEO, exemplifying our commitment to internal growth.
This program provides a comprehensive understanding of our business, covering management, finance, operations, sales, and customer service. As you progress, you will have opportunities to advance, potentially becoming a Branch Manager within two years, or exploring roles in Human Resources, Accounting, Revenue Management, Marketing, and more.
