After an initial virtual classroom orientation, you’ll be assigned to a branch for hands-on business training, learning valuable skills from mentors who started in similar roles. Nearly all our full-time employees began as graduates in our Management Training Programme, including our current CEO.
This program provides a comprehensive understanding of our business, emphasizing management, finance, operations, sales, and customer service. Our promote-from-within culture means you can advance quickly, potentially becoming a Branch Manager within two years, or explore other areas like Human Resources, Accounting, Revenue Management, Sales, or Marketing.

Responsibilities
As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will make impactful business decisions, develop new business, maintain relationships, understand cost control, and learn to read P&L statements to run a profitable branch. You will also focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
You will learn to communicate effectively, influence others, and build relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues. Skills in sales, problem-solving, and conflict management will be developed, enabling you to market to local businesses and foster long-term partnerships. As you grow, you'll learn to mentor and manage staff, with opportunities for pay increases and promotions.
