As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will make key business decisions, develop new business, maintain relationships, understand cost control, read P&L statements, and learn to deliver exceptional customer service. You will acquire skills in communication, influence, sales, problem-solving, conflict management, mentoring, and staff development. Successful trainees are rewarded with pay increases and promotion opportunities.
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; professional experience may be considered as a substitute. A full manual UK driving license is required, with accommodations for disabilities. No recent drug or alcohol-related driving offenses are permitted.
