Job summary

Apollo Associates in Watford, England is seeking ambitious graduates to join as Graduate Management Trainees on-site. You will receive full training and support as you develop across customer engagement, business development and leadership.

Are you a recent graduate looking for an opportunity where you can develop your skills, gain real experience and build a career?

Apollo Associates is growing, and we're looking for ambitious and motivated people to join our team as Graduate Management Trainees. We work with recognised brands to deliver customer engagement and business development solutions, and you'll receive full training and support as you develop within the role.

As a Graduate Management Trainee, you'll gain hands-on experience across customer engagement, business development and leadership. You'll work closely with an experienced team, build strong communication and relationship-building skills, and take on more responsibility as you progress.

The role will involve:

• Representing recognised brands and their campaigns
• Building positive relationships with customers
• Supporting customer engagement and business development activities
• Working closely with the wider team to achieve shared goals
• Taking part in regular coaching and development sessions

We're not looking for a long list of experience. We're looking for people who are positive, motivated and willing to learn. A degree is preferred but not essential, and previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service or other people-focused roles is useful but not required.
