As a Graduate Management Trainee, You'll Embark on a 12-Month Journey:

• Rotational Experience: Gain hands-on experience across our diverse range of restaurants, bars, and events. From fine dining to casual outlets, you'll have the chance to work in different settings, each offering unique challenges and learning opportunities.
• Career Development: We are committed to your success. Throughout the program, you'll have regular performance reviews and feedback sessions in partnership with your line manager and our Group Learning & Development Manager to ensure you're on the right track. By the end of the 12 months, you'll have a deep understanding of hotel operations and may even be ready for a more senior role in our Collection.

What We're Looking For:

• A recent graduate with a degree in Hospitality, Events, Business, or a related field, accompanied by Right to Work in the UK.
• A full UK driving license, due to our remote location.
• A passion for Food & Beverage and a desire to build a career in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Flexibility to work across various shifts and departments.
