Job Description

  1. Communicate with partners and deliver first-round introductions.
  2. Coordinate with other teams to provide timely services.
  3. Manage customer information and related claims, and submit content to headquarters on time.
  4. Propose ideas to improve service standards and contribute to service management.
  5. Perform administrative functions.
  6. Establish and maintain a network of medical providers, including hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, etc.
  7. Contribute to projects addressing specific network needs.
  8. Provide advice and solutions to the case management team to enhance service quality.
  9. Conduct fraud investigations and quality control of network facilities.

We accept international students for an internship period (6 months) with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role.
