Job summary

Workman LLP, the UK’s leading independent commercial property management specialist, seeks a Management Surveyor via a graduate pathway. You will oversee day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio of retail, office, and industrial properties and provide landlord/tenant guidance on leases and maintenance.

You’ll collaborate with clients to boost portfolio value, gain exposure across ESG, Facilities, and accounting teams, and complete APC toward Chartered Surveyor status in a structured

Qualifications

• RICS-accredited degree with a minimum 2:2 classification.
• Non-RICS degree with a minimum 2:2 classification.
• 96 UCAS tariff points and GCSE 4/C or above in English and Mathematics (or equivalent); or Advanced Apprenticeship with DD profile and GCSE 4/C in English/Maths.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of a varied portfolio of commercial properties.
• Provide landlord/tenant advice on lease obligations, repairs and maintenance, and manage rental income and charges.
• Collaborate with clients to enhance property portfolio value and work with inspectors and other teams.
