Job summary

Rentokil Initial invites graduates to join its UK Graduate Management Programme as a Specialist Hygiene Technician, starting in Bristol with a six to twelve month training plan. You’ll deliver essential hygiene services, respond to emergencies, and learn through hands-on work while progressing toward Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications and BESCA certification.

• Deliver essential hygiene services to a variety of clients.
• Respond to emergency hygiene needs and participate in an on-call rota.
• Provide expert advice and professional service to clients.
• Gain hands-on experience in biohazard cleaning, flood clean-up, infection control, and more.
• Work toward Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications in hygiene, plus BESCA certification.

The Graduate Management Role:

Begin your Graduate journey as a Specialist Hygiene Technician with a 6-12 month training plan covering a defined geographical area. As a Specialist Hygiene Technician, you will:

• Deliver essential hygiene services to a variety of clients
• Respond to emergency hygiene needs and participate in an on‑call rota
• Provide expert advice and professional service to clients
• Gain hands‑on experience in biohazard cleaning, flood clean‑up, infection control, and more
• All the while working towards your Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications in hygiene, plus a BESCA certification in Air or Grease Hygiene

After your first 6-12 months, you'll have the opportunity to shape your career path with potential Supervisory or Sales opportunities. This is based on performance and availability of roles. You'll be backed up by our tried and tested internal promotion model. Requirements

• Minimum 2.2 degree in a BSc or a BA in Management/Hospitality/Logistics/Environmental Health degree
• Full UK driving licence
