Rentokil Initial in Croydon is launching a Graduate Management Programme to start your career in hygiene management. Begin as a Specialist Hygiene Technician with a 6–12 month training plan covering a defined geographical area.

We offer a starting salary of £26,655 per annum plus £2,000 shift allowance, £2,000 London weighting, and OTE up to £38,000. Full UK driving licence is required and there is potential for progression after 6–12 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.2 degree in a BSc or BA in Management, Hospitality, Logistics, or Environmental Health.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong work ethic and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver essential hygiene services to a variety of clients.
• Respond to emergency hygiene needs and participate in an on‑call rota.
• Provide expert advice and professional service to clients.
• Gain hands‑on experience in biohazard cleaning, flood clean‑up, infection control, and more.
• Progress toward Level 1 and Level 2 hygiene qualifications and BESCA certification.
