Job description

Come and join us to start your Graduate Engineer journey. You will be joining an established team of Engineers who will guide you through their own experiences.

Role Overview:

This role involves working alongside an experienced team of Maintenance Technicians to diagnose and repair equipment, reducing plant downtime and fostering proactive maintenance of site assets. Safety is our top priority, so performing maintenance safely and securely is essential. All safety standards and documentation must be strictly maintained. Some travel within the role may be required.

Core Responsibilities:
  1. Carrying out plant upgrades and modifications to required standards.
  2. Reporting all work performed via the computerized maintenance management system.
  3. Enhancing the planned preventative maintenance schedule to minimize downtime, recording recurrent faults, and developing engineered solutions.
  4. Being available for planned maintenance shutdowns (reasonable notice will be given).
  5. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  6. Supporting root cause analysis and improving Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).
  7. Ensuring compliance with all company policies, processes, and procedures.
  8. Liaising with external contractors for repairs and maintenance, including some weekend work.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical).
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and systems.
  • Willingness to travel.
