As an integral member of the Global Logistics team, you will facilitate logistics operations from Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) to customers. You will coordinate inbound freight and serve as the primary contact for all logistics activities, including global transportation and distribution managed by third-party providers.
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields, or have relevant experience. You should be capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, possess problem-solving skills, excellent organizational capabilities, and a right-first-time mindset. Strong analytical and numerical skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of customs procedures and Incoterms is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, organization, self-motivation, and a passion for logistics and continuous improvement are required.
You will manage warehouse and transportation activities, liaising daily with CMOs, warehouses, and stakeholders. Oversee inbound product flow, monitor logistics provider performance, develop GDP quality knowledge, ensure compliance, and support process improvements. Responsibilities include managing inventory controls, import permits, destruction reports, customs compliance, and sample deliveries.
