You will work closely with teachers and wider staff to help pupils access learning, follow routines, stay engaged, and develop confidence in the classroom. You may provide 1:1 support, small‑group intervention, and practical classroom assistance depending on pupil need.

You are calm, reliable, and able to build positive relationships with pupils who need extra support to succeed in school. You communicate clearly, stay patient in a busy SEN environment, and want practical experience in a role where your support will have a visible impact each day.

Requirements
