A leading UK university is seeking two motivated Graduate Learning Experience Developers to assist with an international project in curriculum adaptation. Ideal candidates will hold a degree in Geology or related fields and possess strong digital skills. Job Summary – The Learning Experience and Innovation team at the University of Exeter are seeking two motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Learning Experience Developers. You will support an exciting new project with an international partner university based in the Middle East. This project will involve the international transfer and adaptation of a BSc Geology curriculum from the University of Exeter to the partner. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-impact academic collaboration, gaining hands-on experience in curriculum development and digital learning in a cross-cultural environment. Working under the guidance of a Project Manager and Senior Learning Experience Developer, you will assist in the adaptation, documentation, and development of course materials to support the effective implementation of the curriculum in its new institutional and geographic context.This role is part of the Graduate Business Partnership (GBP) scheme and offers a full-time contract (36.5 hours per week) from Sept 2025 until Aug 2027. Flexible working hours are available, and you will be based within Geology in the Camborne School of Mines at the Penryn Campus. About You – You should be a graduate who has a degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, Mining, or a related field, a strong digital competence in Microsoft365 (or equivalent) and internet technologies, ability to rapidly assimilate new technologies, and interest in the pedagogy of e-learning and leading-edge web-based course design approaches. You should have excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, organisation, and time management skills, and the ability to present and explain complex technical content to colleagues and staff. You should be familiar with Moodle or similar virtual learning environments, be able to manage a varied and demanding workload and to work to quickly changing deadlines, and have an aptitude for proofreading and producing high-quality, accurate work/content. You should be familiar with online learning environments, have experience of building web content using relevant technologies e.g., HTML, CSS, or e-learning publishing tools, and experience and interest in Geology or Earth Sciences. You should be self-motivated, enthusiastic, have an aptitude to learn and improve skills and work effectively in a team. You should also have a creative approach to problem solving, observe confidentiality, be flexible and have an adaptable approach to work, and be able to demonstrate cultural sensitivity and awareness of differences in cross-cultural working.

GBP Scheme Requirements
To be eligible to apply and undertake a GBP role the graduate must meet all of the following criteria:
*To undertake a graduate role through the GBP scheme, you must have either achieved your degree or be in your final year at any UK-based university.
*You must have graduated in the UK within the last 3 years of your most recent degree (we will consider extenuating circumstances of potential applicants that may have prevented them from undertaking a graduate role within 3 years of graduation).
