Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is recruiting for its Graduate Management Training Programme in Stroud/Cirencester. The role offers a path to branch management within our retail operations, built on a track record of promoting from within and leadership development through classroom learning, on‑the‑job training and mentorship.

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with the option to substitute professional experience. A full manual UK/EU driving licence is required, with accommodations for those who cannot

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; however, professional experience can be substituted if applicable.
• Full manual UK or EU driving licence (accommodations for applicants who don’t drive due to a disability).
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted.
• Sponsorship cannot be offered for this role per Home Office guidelines. Ineligible for the Skilled Worker list.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: deliver exceptional experiences by confidently handling reservations, resolving enquiries, and building rapport with a diverse range of customers.

• Financial Control and Profitability: understand the financial mechanics of a successful business, including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements.
• Operations and Logistics: learn how to manage a fleet, plan strategically, and drive performance.
• Leadership and Development: take the lead in mentoring, training, and developing your own team.
