Where will you be working?

At M Group Rail and Aviation, Our team works across a wide range of specialist civil, mechanical and electrical engineering works including major international airports, regional airports and RAF airfields.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Land & Utility Surveyor to join our Surveys team, supporting multiple projects across our frameworks.

As a Graduate Land & Utility Surveyor, you’ll have the opportunity to:
  • Support multiple survey teams working across a range of disciplines, including land and utility detection.
  • Learn how to manage workloads effectively—both your own and in collaboration with others.
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism on every project.
  • Communicate with different departments and project teams to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Share ideas and learn from experienced colleagues to help improve team performance.
  • Gain exposure to industry standards such as PAS128 and understand their practical application.
  • Assist with survey reporting and data management, supporting the Site Manager and wider team.

Requirements
  • A degree accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or Institute of Chartered Engineering Surveyors (ICES).
  • Great communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • A collaborative approach and a drive to make a difference.
  • A full UK/EU driving licence and willingness to travel.
