Purpose of the role:
The Land Referencer plays a critical role in supporting major infrastructure and regeneration projects by ensuring accurate land referencing, compliance with statutory processes, and effective stakeholder engagement.
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality land and property data to facilitate land acquisition, compulsory purchase, and planning consents.
