Job summary

Data Intellect is excited to recruit graduates for its Graduate Academy in Belfast. You will embark on a 3-month training program to become a proficient kdb+ Developer, learning the Q language and time-series data tools.

After training, you will have opportunities to work with leading banks and hedge funds across major financial hubs, with international travel and a collaborative, supportive team culture. Availability to start January 2027 is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 Bachelor's degree in any STEM field.
• Must be willing to relocate to one of our global hubs after training.
• Strong communicators, both written and verbal.
• Problem solvers eager to learn and grow.
• Team players with a collaborative spirit.
• Detail-oriented with a can-do attitude.
• Coding experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 3-month training program at Belfast HQ to become a kdb+ Developer.
• Dive into Q programming language and kdb+ time series database.
• Work with world-leading investment banks and hedge funds after training.
• Be prepared to travel internationally to major financial hubs as needed.
