AI Product Engineer (Graduate / Early Career Role)

Location: Belfast, hybrid (3 days a week)

Type: Full-time, Entry-level

Are you a recent graduate or early-career software engineer with a passion for artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science? Do you dream of building AI features that impact real users? Are you hungry to take ownership, experiment, and make a mark on an ambitious product?

We're looking for a driven and passionate AI Product Lead to join our team and take charge of the AI and ML components of our product. This is a unique opportunity for someone early in their career to step into a leadership role and help define, design, and deliver cutting-edge AI features that will shape our future.

What you'll do

1. Take ownership of the AI/ML aspects of our product - from prototyping models to deploying them in production.
2. Collaborate closely with our product, engineering, and design teams to identify where AI can drive the most impact.
3. Build, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning models tailored to real-world problems.
4. Stay on the cutting edge - bring in new techniques, tools, and thinking from the fast-moving world of AI.
5. Help shape our long-term AI roadmap and strategy.

Who you are

• You recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• You've worked with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar (through projects, internships, or coursework).
• You're hungry to learn, experiment, and take real ownership - you're not looking for just another grad role; you want responsibility.
• You're passionate about applying AI to solve real user problems, not just building models in a vacuum.
• You're a strong communicator, able to work across teams and explain complex ideas clearly.
