Graduate IT Support Engineer – Education Walsall, Staffordshire | £25,000 + Excellent Benefits

Are you an IT Support professional looking to join a well-established organisation in the education sector? This is a fantastic opportunity to support IT operations in a growing academy group based in Walsall, Staffordshire. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of IT systems across multiple academies, helping both staff and students maximise their learning potential.

Our client is a well-respected education provider with a strong presence in the region. They have been serving the local community for over a decade and are dedicated to delivering outstanding education with the help of modern technology.

This is an office-based role, working 5 days a week. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential as occasional travel to other academies will be required.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Provide IT support across multiple academies, ensuring network availability and security.
  2. Install, maintain, and upgrade software to support learning and administrative operations.
  3. Assist staff and students with hardware and software issues, resolving problems efficiently.
  4. Maintain IT security systems, ensuring data protection and compliance with regulations.
  5. Support the development and maintenance of websites and SharePoint sites.

What Experience is Required?

  1. A IT qualification and a genuine passion for IT.
  2. Knowledge of Microsoft 365, network management, and IT security protocols.
  3. Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently and professionally.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £25,000 per annum.

Location:
