Job description

A large multinational business is looking for a personable and driven IT graduate to join its expanding team, based in Stockport. Please note this is an office-based role and therefore the chosen candidate is required to be in the office 5 days per week.

Working as part of a sizeable and collaborative IT team you will prioritise and process incoming service requests. You will be the key point of contact between end-users and IT service teams so excellent communication and organisational skills are essential. Experience of working in an ITIL environment is preferred but not essential.

You will ensure the timely and accurate fulfilment of IT requests in accordance with defined service level agreements (SLAs), working with the helpdesk, infrastructure and application support teams to ensure a seamless and efficient service experience.

Your role will also involve managing mobile devices – you will coordinate the asset register and also set up new mobile devices.
