Overview

We are looking for Graduates to join our Graduate IT Developer Scheme starting in Autumn 2025. Join our team and build a career as an IT Technical Consultant. We will train you in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 and provide you with the skills and experience to develop business solutions to meet a customer’s needs.

Our Graduate Consultant IT Scheme offers training, Microsoft Certifications and mentoring along with a variety of stimulating project work that will provide opportunities to learn, add new skills and work with our experienced team and high-profile clients on projects that make a difference. We offer flexible hybrid working for our team with Graduates expected to work collaboratively and join their mentors and colleagues for team-working sessions in our Shalford office near Guildford. Guildford is a vibrant university city with excellent shopping, close to the North Downs countryside and with fast transport links to London.

No experience of Power Platform or Microsoft Dynamics is required as all training will be provided. Successful candidates will quickly be working with customers on projects, designing and delivering real-world solutions.

This position provides a great opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who wants to help shape the future direction of Ceox.

Qualifications And Experience

You will have or are expected to achieve a 1st or 2i degree in one of the following subject areas: Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths, Business or Economics from a top university.

We’re looking for people who use initiative and enjoy providing a high quality service and can communicate clearly to customers and other team members.
