Carousel Consultancy Ltd is seeking a proactive Graduate Investor Relations Client Support Executive in Central London, offering a hybrid role with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote. The role focuses on supporting clients, investors and advisers by phone and email, with administrative duties and product ambassador responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with 1+ year in financial services, strong communication skills, and solid IT literacy across Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a financial or business degree and 1+ year client services experience.
• Strong written and spoken communication with professional demeanor.
• Solid IT literacy with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to prioritise and manage busy workloads.
• Basic knowledge of investment management is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound enquiries from clients, investors and advisors by phone and email.
• Assist with general administration and investor transfers/exits.
• Prepare client documents, reports, presentations and mailings.
• Attend client meetings and events to support engagement.
• Act as a product ambassador for investments and support product initiatives.
• Collect feedback from investors to identify improvements.
