Hamilton Bradshaw is a leading private equity firm founded by James Caan CBE, renowned entrepreneur and former Dragons’ Den star. We specialise in investing in and scaling UK private companies across professional services—think buyouts, venture capital, turnarounds and high-growth expansion.

As our portfolio continues to grow, we’re looking for a sharp and ambitious Graduate Investment Analyst to join our high-performing team in Central London.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Analysing the performance of a diverse portfolio of assets
2. Creating finance and operational reports that drive strategic decisions
3. Preparing investment materials and presenting to key stakeholders
4. Supporting market research, deal origination and financial modelling

What We’re Looking For:

1. A top-degree (preferably 1st class) from a Russell Group university, ideally in Finance, Economics, or a related field
2. Strong analytical and numerical skills – Excel should be second nature
3. Experience with PowerPoint and financial modelling/forecasting
4. Excellent communication skills – confident presenting complex ideas clearly
5. Previous internships in private equity or investment banking will be a big plus
6. The right to work in the UK – we are unable to sponsor visas at this time
