This role is suitable for recent Psychology or Criminology graduates interested in starting a career in the Mental Health Sector. The position involves supporting vulnerable and at-risk young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs at a specialist school near Farnham.
The students, aged 10 to 16, face challenges such as trauma, anxiety, OCD, and behavioral issues. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, resilient, and committed to building strong relationships, serving as a consistent role model.
Applicants with experience working with SEN children and/or adults, or graduates in Psychology, Criminology, or Counselling, are encouraged to apply.
