My client is a well established building services consultancy with over 20 years in the industry, four UK offices and around 80 staff. They cover MEP, sustainability, building physics and BIM under one roof. They're known for sustainable, low carbon design and are now looking to add a Graduate / Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer to their Nottingham team.
The role suits either an electrical engineering graduate or an electrician who wants to move into design. They're not looking for someone who knows everything. They want someone with the right attitude, and they'll teach you the rest.
You’ll work alongside experienced electrical designers on projects across a range of sectors, from feasibility through to fully coordinated designs for installation (RIBA Stages 0 to 5). Your main focus will be LV distribution, lighting, small power, and fire and security systems. You’ll get full support on design software including Amtech and Relux.
