GRAHAM is seeking a Graduate Interior Fit-Out Planner to join our Northern Ireland team. You will support planning and delivery of fast-paced projects, working with experienced planners, PMs, and site teams to understand programming, coordination, and successful delivery from inception to completion.

You’ll develop technical, digital, and problem-solving skills while gaining exposure to leading planning tools and construction methodologies through structured development and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Architectural Technology, Construction Engineering, Project Management, or related built environment discipline.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Interest in developing a career within construction planning and project delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Previous placement, internship, or work experience in the construction industry.
• Understanding of construction or interior fit-out projects.
• Health & Safety awareness and practices.
• Experience using planning or project management software like Microsoft Project, Asta Powerproject, or Primavera P6.

Responsabilités

• Support the Planning Team in analysing tender information and preparing tender programmes.
• Assist with development and maintenance of project master programmes.
• Support analysis of labour, plant, and resource requirements.
• Assist in evaluation of construction methods, sequencing, and delivery strategies.
• Support preparation of project preliminaries, procurement schedules, and information release schedules.
• Assist in monitoring project progress and subcontractor performance against milestones.
• Attend and contribute to client meetings and subcontractor planning workshops.
• Coordinate and communicate project programmes to key stakeholders.
• Maintain planning records, progress updates, and production control information.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and programme improvements with project teams.
• Contribute to day-to-day operation of the Planning Department while developing skills.
