Key Responsibilities

• Client Support & Administration: Assist with managing client accounts, including onboarding and renewals.
• Review insurance policies, contracts and supporting documentation with precision and accuracy.
• Prepare client summaries, reports and policy documentation.

Project & Case Management

• Gather information for risk assessments, underwriting and claims handling.
• Liaise with brokers, underwriters, insurers and external partners.
