NPA Insurance Ltd is launching a brand-new Insurance Graduate Programme designed to provide graduates and early career professionals with hands-on experience across multiple areas of our business. This 4‑month fixed-term contract offers a structured rotation through underwriting, distribution, marketing, claims, data and analytics, and customer services.

You will gain practical exposure, opportunities to pursue foundation professional qualifications, and insight into the UK pharmacy sector

You'll gain practical exposure to the insurance industry through a structured rotation programme, helping you discover where your strengths, interests and ambitions align.

What You'll Experience

You'll rotate across a range of functions including:

• Technical Underwriting

• Marketing
• Claims
• Data & Analytics
• Customer Services.

You'll also have opportunities to spend time with NPAI’s external partners (eg Actuarial, Audit) to develop a broader understanding of the entire insurance landscape.
