Description

My client based in North Manchester are looking for several Graduate Insolvency Trainees to join their reputable business. Your main duties will be to carry out insolvency tasks whilst assisting senior staff leading to responsibility for a small and varied case-load.

You will develop your insolvency and accountancy knowledge through both on-the-job experience and study. A full training package, leading to professional insolvency qualifications will be provided.

Responsibilities are as follows:

  • You will be responsible to a designated senior team member and ultimately to the team Manager Conducting initial company searches
  • Processing VAT returns
  • Updating creditor and shareholder details
  • Processing company information on the case administration system
  • Generating standard letters using checklists
  • Preparing inventories on books and records
  • Assisting other members of the team with ad hoc case related duties

What are we looking for?

  • Strong A-Levels and a degree in Accountancy and Finance, Business, Maths or Economics (min 2:1)
  • A high level of analytical and numerical problem solving skills.
