The role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an effective individual to become part of our team that delivers real change to people’s
lives. You will deal with a wide range of property clients from local Councils and London Boroughs, Network Rail, DfT, TfL, Water
companies, and Telecoms providers to homeowners, farmers, equestrian and agri businesses and small and multinational commercial
businesses. You will take an active part in assisting with the negotiation of acquisition and relocation packages for a range of
property types including farming businesses, commercial and industrial businesses and residential property, supporting the

optimising IT and other resources. You will gain experience in some specialised and sought-after skills including land assembly

head start with over 20 hours of CPD.

Clients are at the heart of what we do, so ensuring you develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients is essential,
this includes attending client meetings and preparing communications and reports.
