Maven Securities in London invites high-potential graduates to join the Graduate Infrastructure Engineer Programme. You will start with a structured training programme across Linux and networks, then move to a specialized technical team to build deep expertise while contributing to live trading infrastructure.

You'll work on Linux estates, network routing, incident response, and observability, with on-call rotations and a clear path to professional growth in a fast-paced, AI‑enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Final-year undergraduate or master’s student in one of the specified degree backgrounds.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, high-paced environment and adopt AI technologies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and a bias to innovate.

Responsibilities

• Keep Linux systems running with low-latency tuning for live trading environments.
• Operate and harden networks; work with routing and data feeds, latency analysis.
• Participate in on-call rotations and end-to-end incident resolution during market hours.
• Build observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and logging stacks; contribute dashboards.
• Attend regular check-ins with Infrastructure and Emerging Talent teams.
