Graphcore runs a two-year Graduate IS Engineer programme in Bristol, UK, offering hands-on learning from day one. You’ll rotate through Infrastructure Solutions teams, tackling infrastructure issues and projects that improve reliability, performance and security, while learning scripting, automation and infrastructure as code under seasoned mentors.

You’ll gain exposure to servers, storage, networking, cloud, and security, building practical skills for AI engineering at scale as you progress in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Familiarity with Linux or Windows server environments.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls).
• Introductory scripting experience with Python, Bash or PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through IS teams including Cloud, Application Security, Cybersecurity Operations, Networking and Data Centre Operations.
• Learn from experienced engineers through mentoring and hands-on problem solving.
• Tackle infrastructure problems to improve reliability, performance and security.
