Academics is partnering with a friendly primary school in Maidenhead to recruit Graduate Inclusion Teaching Assistants from September 2026.   • Encourage confidence, independence, and active participation in lessons.
  • Promote pupils' emotional wellbeing, social development and academic progress.
  • Contribute to creating a positive, nurturing classroom culture.

Salary: £92.59 - £95 per day

Start Date: September 2026

As a Graduate Inclusion Teaching Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping pupils reach their full potential by providing tailored support and contributing to an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and other education professionals to support individual learning plans
  • Adapt classroom activities to meet the varying needs of pupils
  • Encourage confidence, independence, and active participation in lessons
  • Promote pupils' emotional wellbeing, social development, and academic progress
  • Contribute to creating a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom culture
