The Ultra PCS Engineering team manages a portfolio of specialist capabilities, applying electronic, mechanical, and software technologies to meet demanding customer needs. We are seeking a Graduate Electronics Engineer to support our In-Service Engineering Team, which provides technical support for high-integrity mission-critical aerospace products, including electronic control systems, power and energy control, and systems for military and civil aerospace applications.
The role involves working on Safety Critical Electronics, Data, Power & Energy Control, Stores Ejection, Cryogenic Cooling products, and Vehicle Architecture systems. You will develop skills in PCB design, manufacturing methodologies, debugging, and component selection, gaining awareness of disciplines like Software, Mechanical, and Systems engineering. You will learn to manage obsolescence, ensure safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness, and develop customer and supplier relationships.
This is a structured graduate development programme with opportunities for professional registration and Chartered Engineer status. The role is based in Cheltenham or Cambridge, working alongside experienced engineers in a modern environment.
