The Ultra PCS Engineering function manages a portfolio of specialist capabilities, generating highly differentiated solutions and products by applying electronic, mechanical, and software technologies in demanding and critical environments to meet customer needs.

Ultra PCS is looking to develop a Graduate Electronics Engineer to join our In-Service Engineering Team. The team supports aerospace products, providing technical support for high integrity mission-critical systems such as Data, Power & Energy Control, Stores Ejection, Cryogenic Cooling, and more, for military and civil aerospace applications. They also support equipment for land vehicles, aiming to improve reliability and performance while reducing operator and maintainer burden.

The Graduate Electronics Engineer will work on Safety Critical Electronics, Data, Power & Energy Control, and related systems. The role involves PCB design, debugging, understanding component performance, and collaborating across disciplines like Software, Mechanical, and Systems engineering.

You will gain knowledge in product development practices in aerospace, safety-critical sectors, and standards like ISO9001, AS9100, DO254, and DO178. The program offers a structured graduate development pathway, with opportunities for Professional Registration and Chartered Engineer status.

You will join our modern Cheltenham or Cambridge offices, working with experienced engineers in a supportive environment.
