Are you a people-oriented graduate looking to start a career in Human Resources?

Due to rapid growth, this top-50 accounting firm in Farnham is looking for an HR Trainee to join itsteam.

It's a fast-paced, varied role designed to help you build a long-term career in HR in a friendly and collaborative environment.

What would I be doing?

  • Gain hands-on experience in GDPR, payroll, employee onboarding and more
  • Work towards your CIPD: after your first year, you can work towards a fully funded CIPD qualification
  • Support employees: everyone from junior trainees to senior partners needs HR advice from time to time. You'll become a key point of contact for employees across the business.
  • Stay on top of administration: manage the HR inbox, keep HR files up to date, and get to grips with HiBob
  • Fantastic career progression: the training you'll receive will help you advance into a more senior or managerial role, and potentially head up the HR team in future.

  • £26k salary + a fully funded CIPD qualification

Role Requirements:

  • Some experience in HR, whether that's a placement year, internship, work experience, or modules in your degree.
  • A 2:1 or above in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English at Grade 5 or above.
  • Located a commutable distance from Farnham
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Motivated to pursue a long-term career in HR
