An excellent opportunity has arisen to take an active role in the HR Team in our day-to-day activities, combining administration and general support alongside interesting project work. This one-year programme is designed to develop knowledge, skills, and expertise across a wide range of HR functions – compensation & benefits; payroll; HR business partnering, DE&I, and HR Projects.

Your Role
  • Join the great team of Henkel’s Human Resources function with the exciting job opportunity as Graduate HR Assistant.
  • You will work with local and international HR teams to support core HR processes and administration.
  • You will understand and support the monthly and weekly compensation and benefits processes for the UK & Ireland, including requests from employees, business teams, and Third Parties.
  • Supporting data requests and updating and promoting our digital HR Hub.
  • You will collaborate with the HR Business Partners on projects covering topics such as:
    • Diversity & Inclusion,
    • Learning & Development,
    • Employee Wellbeing,
    • Increasing digital learning and learning about HR Digital strategy.
  • You will provide support for our HR Business Partners with the opportunity to understand further about their roles and responsibilities.
