Job summary

C~urb is seeking a graduate apprentice to contribute to the delivery of a diverse housing development programme across all tenures. You will train and gain knowledge and experience of the Development Officer role, supported by a mentor during the 2-year traineeship.

Hybrid working is available after an initial probationary period, with base location at Falkirk. A degree and MS Office skills are required, along with strong communication and planning abilities and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a degree and demonstrable ICT skills in MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong planning abilities.
• Numeracy skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the delivery of a diverse housing development programme across tenures.
• Involve in pre- and post-contract stages and report progress to mentors.
• Work within a high-performing team and participate in training opportunities.
• Produce accurate reports and maintain project records.
