Job summary

Link Group's subsidiary C~urb in Falkirk offers a two-year graduate traineeship as a Development Officer. The role covers a broad housing programme delivery across tenures, with training and a mentor throughout the traineeship.

Initial probationary period applies, followed by hybrid working from our Falkirk office. You will need a degree, strong MS Office skills, and solid communication, planning and numeracy abilities, plus a valid UK driving license.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level with good ICT skills.
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
• Strong planning, numeracy and report-writing ability.
• Must have a valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to delivery of a diverse housing programme across tenures.
• Support pre- and post-contract stages of development projects.
• Work with a mentor during the 2-year traineeship and learn through formal training.
• Assist in producing accurate reports and maintain customer service standards.
