Responsibilities

• Support the inspection team in monitoring and assessing highway works carried out under the Council's highways contract.
• Visit sites, undertake inspections, complete reports and help colleagues assess quality and performance of works.
• Ensure contract information is managed consistently; assist with instruction of works, monitor delivery and report issues or failures.
• Contribute to audit and challenge inspections to assess contractor performance and overall quality of works.
