No two days are the same: you may contribute to product design meetings, run real measurements in the lab at 10Gbit/s and beyond, and build automation skills in Python or LabVIEW while learning high-speed signal

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• 0–2 years' relevant experience; recent graduates welcome.
• Genuine curiosity for electronics, test, and measurement, and fast learning.
• Able to stay focused in a fast-paced R&D environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to learn new tools independently.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support design meetings and help develop test approaches for evaluating new products.
• Assist in building validation solutions covering software, hardware, and docs.
• Help select bench-top test equipment for validation.
• Learn to build test automation using Python or LabVIEW.
• Collaborate with designers, product, test, and applications engineers.
• Contribute findings in validation reviews and build clear reports.
• Test high-speed components and modules in the lab at 10Gbit/s and beyond.
• Gain exposure to high-speed signal integrity and Altium PCB tools.
