The Company:

This highly respected consultancy specialises in the health and pharmaceutical sectors. They support their clients with cutting edge research, modelling, and forecasting across varied therapeutic areas and all levels of product innovation.

The Role:

They are looking to recruit and train a bright, self-motivated and ambitious graduate as a consultant modeller and analyst, working with the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies.

As part of their industry leading team you will:

1. Develop expertise in the pharma industry
2. Work on designing and running research projects to understand industry reactions to novel pharmaceuticals
3. Design and build models to predict pharmaceutical prices and use levels
4. Conduct research to enhance our technical knowledge and capabilities
5. Present research findings to clients

The role is to start in 2023/early 2024 and will be based from their Buckinghamshire office. Offering an excellent salary and benefits package with clear progression opportunities.

Requirements:

1. A graduate with at first or 2:1 or equivalent, from a top university with a degree in biomedical science, biochemistry, chemistry, pharmacy, econometrics or mathematics with modules in health and pharma subjects
2. Excellent grades at A-level (or equivalent) sciences and maths preferred
3. Good exposure to Excel, and a statistical package preferred
4. Mathematically capable with an understanding of statistical concepts
5. Prepared to travel in the UK, Europe, USA and further afield – sometimes at short notice
6. You will need a full driving licence by the time you start work
