Please note: This is a highly selective graduate program. Applicants must have achieved A-Level Further Mathematics alongside a minimum 2:1 degree in a highly analytical discipline.
Our structured 12-month Graduate Quality Assurance Program has been designed to develop the next generation of QA professionals.
While previous commercial experience isn't required, we are looking for candidates with exceptional academic achievement, strong analytical thinking, and a genuine passion for technology. We will provide the training, support, and real-world experience to help you build a successful career in software quality.
You will begin by developing a strong understanding of our business through structured placements across our Operations teams, including:
These placements provide valuable insight into our products, customers, and business processes before you progress into our specialist Quality Assurance team.
At TEG, you will join a fast-growing SaaS technology business where graduates are trusted with real responsibility from the start. You will work alongside experienced QA Engineers, Developers, Product Managers, and business leaders while contributing to products that make a real impact for our customers.
As a Graduate QA Engineer, you will play an important role in ensuring our software products are reliable, high-performing, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
