Job summary

Wahed is seeking a graduate to join both the sales and operations teams at our Baker Street office in London. You will be the first human voice new clients hear, while also owning day-to-day office operations, supplier relationships, and onboarding new joiners.

You’ll build a commercial track record, learn the full product range, and own your pipeline from day one. A clear path can lead to Relationship Manager or advanced operations roles.

Qualifications

• Natural relationship builder capable of discovery conversations and understanding client needs.
• Confident cold-calling, upbeat phone presence, resilience to rejection.
• Organisation skills with checklists and systems to keep office operations smooth.
• Hands-on problem solver who fixes issues directly with suppliers and contractors.
• Ability to review own metrics and adapt approach based on data and results.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn product ranges and market trends.
• Trustworthy handling client conversations, office access and expenses.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Convert KYC-passed leads, manage pipeline in Zendesk, explain Wahed products to clients, share insights to improve conversion.
