Job description

Our client is a fast-growing workplace furniture company redefining commercial interiors. With a flagship showroom in London and a head office in Beaconsfield, they collaborate with architects, designers, and businesses across the UK to deliver spaces that inspire.

They're now seeking a Graduate Graphic Designer to join their dynamic team, working closely with the newly appointed Marketing Manager and directly alongside the CEO to elevate their visual identity and push creative boundaries.

This is a hands-on, multidisciplinary role where no two days are the same. From shaping brand visuals to creating engaging digital campaigns and content, you'll play an essential part in how the brand shows up across channels.

This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or someone moving on from their first design role who's ready to make their mark.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and CEO to create compelling visuals for digital and print
  • Design marketing assets including brochures, social media graphics, digital ads, presentations, and showroom collateral
  • Assist with photography and videography for campaigns, product launches, and showroom content
  • Edit and produce video content using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools
  • Contribute to email marketing campaigns and layouts (Klaviyo or similar platforms)
  • Support UX/UI design for our Shopify-based ecommerce platform
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints
  • Take initiative in pushing creative direction and exploring new ideas for commercial design

Skills/Experience

  • A degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
  • A creative thinker with a good eye for layout, typography, and storytelling
  • Some experience or knowledge of UX/UI and ecommerce platforms, especially Shopify (beneficial)
  • A passion for content creation - from motion to stills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working from our Beaconsfield HQ and travelling to our London showroom regularly

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with HTML/CSS or email platforms like Klaviyo/Mailchimp
  • Interest in interior design, commercial furniture, or architectural design
  • Photography and photo-editing skills

Why Join?

  • Be part of a growing design-led business at an exciting stage
  • Collaborate on innovative projects in a creative, agile environment
  • Work between a leafy Buckinghamshire HQ and a stylish London showroom
  • Plenty of room to grow, shape your role, and build your portfolio

Please note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training, and skills. If we do not have anything suitable, we will not keep your CV for more than 30 days.
