Job summary
Stantec is recruiting a Graduate GIS Consultant for our Bristol office. You will join our Digital team to develop GIS and mapping capabilities, supporting projects that improve communities and the environment.
The programme offers exposure to industry-leading technologies and a clear path to chartership. You’ll work across water sector projects, delivering GIS analysis, mapping and spatial data services while learning from experienced professionals in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Environmental, GIS, Data Science or related subject.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web and mobile GIS applications to support project delivery and client needs.
- Collaborate with software developers to create scripts, tools and automated workflows that improve data management and analysis.
- Support the development, management and maintenance of spatial databases and GIS datasets.
- Produce GIS analysis, mapping and visualisations to help deliver insights across a range of water sector projects.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions for clients.
