Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Graduate Geologist to join their Leeds team on residential projects across the UK, with support to chartership and many projects to work on.

You'll gain hands-on experience with trial pits, borehole logging, groundwater and gas monitoring, soil sampling, and writing factual and interpretive reports, in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering Geology, Geotechnical Engineering or Geology (geotechnical focus).
• Full, clean UK Driving Licence (essential).
• Be commutable to Leeds and surrounding area.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Work on residential and commercial ground investigation projects across the North.
• Conduct trial pits and borehole logging.
• Monitor ground water and gas, collect soil samples.
• Prepare factual and interpretive reports.
