Overview

Graduate Geo-Environmental Engineer. Location: Bristol. Salary: £25,000 - £28,000. A specialist ground remediation, contaminated land and waste management contractor based in Bristol is seeking a Graduate Geo-Environmental Engineer to join the team. You will work on site, in the office and in treatment facilities, gaining exposure to environmentally conscious projects and developing your skills to kick start your career.

Responsibilities

The Graduate Geo-Environmental Engineer will be involved in a range of remediation projects from inception to completion in the Bristol/South West area. Projects will involve the identification and investigation of, treatment and/or removal of contaminated land and groundwater. Duties may include Phase 1 desktop studies and report writing, with opportunities for progression within the sector (including remediation design and geotechnics).

Requirements / Qualifications
  • Be commutable to Bristol and willing to travel for work.
  • Have a relevant degree in geotechnical engineering, earth sciences, environmental management, or similar.
  • Ideally, have a good understanding of Phase I and Phase II site investigation.
  • A full right to work in the UK.
  • Hold a full UK valid driving licence.
