Job description

Omnia Consulting is seeking a Graduate Geo-Environmental Consultant to join our friendly team in the South. The successful candidate will assist with site investigations across the country and must have a full UK driving license. Some experience is beneficial but not essential; a relevant degree is required.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Preparing Phase 1 Desk Study Reports
  • Managing subcontractors
  • Conducting site investigations (when competent), including:

– Window Sampling

– Gas Monitoring

– Water Sampling

– Soil Sampling

  • Project management and scheduling of samples for analysis
  • Preparing remediation method statements (Phase 3 Reports)
  • Performing validation sampling and reporting (Phase 4 Reports)
  • Opportunity to prepare cost proposals for review by senior staff
