• Assist Chartered Surveyors across a diverse range of valuation instructions.
• Undertake property inspections and site visits, recording measurements, condition, accommodation and other property information.
• Assist with preparation of valuation reports, market appraisals, rental advice, property particulars and other professional documentation.
• Support the team with comparable evidence, market research and wider property and location analysis.
• Maintain accurate records of client instructions, property information, inspections and appointments within company systems.
• Liaise professionally with clients, occupiers, agents, contractors and colleagues, arranging inspections and following up enquiries promptly.
• Attend internal and external meetings and provide clear and concise updates on allocated matters.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and relevant professional and regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering checks where required.
• Develop an understanding of current property market conditions, legislation, professional standards and best practice.
• Take an active role in professional development and work towards RICS accreditation through the APC pathway.

We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Graduate General Practice Surveyor to join our expanding team.
